A 100% Australian owned Illawarra company, Baker Street was founded in 1985 to bring you the best in irresistible European style cakes and pastries. Our steadfast commitment to quality means you can expect the best ingredients from time-honoured and well-

loved traditional recipes. Originally, we baked exclusively for our own retail stores known as "a taste of France". Today, using economies of scale, we carry on this same tradition of fine cakes and pastries, for service operators just like you, with taste, quality, hygiene, convenience and price in mind. In 1999, our piece de resistance, the celebrated Baker Street Portuguese Custard Tart was developed: A highly evolved product that is blast frozen after baking, so you can flash bake from freezer to oven for a deliciously fresh tart in just 8 minutes!
