Getting ready for another huge week but wanted to drop into your feeds to say THANK YOU!

It’s been a winding road to get here but can you believe our little cake (and toastie) space is coming up to 3 months open 😲?!

Celebrate Now has been in biz for 8ish years and we know so many of you have been around since the very beginning dropping by markets and choosing to celebrate with us 🙏

We truly wouldn’t be here without all of you and for those of you who are new, come say hi! The cafe is open Tuesday-Saturday.

*Good human wanted* (Coffee skills also useful)

Friends! The time has come - We're looking for a lovely person to join our small and wonderful Wollongong team as a Front of House / Café All-Rounder.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine, genuinely enjoys people, and has the kind of initiative that means if something needs doing… you just get stuck in.

You’ll be making coffees and toasties, looking after our lovely customers, keeping FOH running smoothly and *bonus* if you have an interest in baking and can occasionally lend a hand with cakes, cupcakes or orders when needed.

We’re a small team, so personality matters to us a lot. We work hard, laugh often, help each other out and genuinely want our customers to feel at home here. We’d love someone who wants to become part of that - and grow with us.

This is a casual role, with availability required Thursdays, Fridays and alternating Saturdays to begin with potential for increased hours as we expand.

We love bringing your ideas to life and we were thrilled to be trusted with this surprise for a very special bride-to-be!

The cake was gluten-free vanilla filled with delicious lemon curd and our fondant queen Jo worked her magic to tell the story of the soon-to-be bride and her two true loves.

The little golden lock represented her fiancé Loch 🔒, while her much loved best boy Ralph, now sadly passed, steals the show both in fondant and in his own special embossed frame ❤️.

The pastel flowers and sweet street scenes are a nod to the bride’s love of all things Parisian.

As far as meeting the brief, we think Jo absolutely nailed it. Cakes like these are what makes our jobs a total dream
