Burek is more than food to me. It’s a connection to the people who came before me… to family, culture, tradition and the places we came from.

So much of our heritage is passed down through stories, language and memories. But sometimes, it’s passed down through a recipe.

This one almost feels wrong to say… but our most popular burek isn’t one of the traditional flavours.

It’s the Spicy Sausage & Egg.

A flavour inspired by the breakfasts my dad used to make for me growing up, wrapped inside a hand-stretched burek made the same way it’s been in our family for generations.

Some people think tradition and innovation can’t exist together. We think both have their place.

We’ll always make the classics. But sometimes the best ideas come from combining the foods you grew up loving.
