This one almost feels wrong to sayā€¦ but our most popular burek isnā€™t one of the traditional flavours.

Itā€™s the Spicy Sausage & Egg.

A flavour inspired by the breakfasts my dad used to make for me growing up, wrapped inside a hand-stretched burek made the same way itā€™s been in our family for generations.

Some people think tradition and innovation canā€™t exist together. We think both have their place.

Weā€™ll always make the classics. But sometimes the best ideas come from combining the foods you grew up loving.

Running a small bakery isnā€™t always easy; especially lately. Thereā€™s a lot that goes on behind the counter that people donā€™t see, and this year has definitely had its challenges.

But over this Easter long weekend, you showed up.

So many familiar faces, new customers finding us, people coming back for their favouritesā€¦ it brought a real energy back into the space.

Moments like this matter. They remind us that what weā€™re building here is bigger than just the food.

Weā€™re really grateful to be part of this community.
