With the onset of winters in Australia, this one was a much needed delicacy to boost immunity. Today I have made multigrain magaj ladoo which is super simple yet super yummy. To make the ladoos I have taken
500gm of gram flour (besan)
130 gms of ragi flour
70gms of bajra flour
600gms ghee
One cup of almonds & cashew nut that I have ground it in the mixer grinder
400gms of sugar
15 cloves of cardamom (I have powdered the sugar and cardamom together in the mixer grinder)
