From the bottom of my heart I say thank you to each and everyone of my customers, family, friends and fellow market traders for always taking the time to support us, no matter how big or small the purchase we are grateful for your support.

It’s been a big decision to close Wattle St Kitchen, who knows I might come back again… but at this time we need to take a break from cooking in the kitchen.

A big thank you to my husband Andrew Lucas for being my rock, helping with my social media, lifting all the heavy things and making sure I had a square to take card payments! Haha 😂

My wholefood baking course is going well. I am having such fun (and slight nervousness) baking all these goodies with spelt flour & rapadura sugar. is such a wealth of knowledge & her love of wholefood is infective. I’m having a blast! Not one of these recipes are vegan or gluten free but using wholefoods is actually more of a passion of mine, I started this journey in 2012, that’s over 10 years 😳 and I don’t think I’ve ever made a muffin that looks, and tastes, this good!

Yikes! Man I’ve been busy today whipping up so much icing for all the cakes we will have available this Sunday at The Fresh Market down at Lake Pertobe 8.30-1
Come down before we sell out at our last market!

This will be our last market. It’s bittersweet, that’s for sure, but it’s been a big decision and I look forward to offering our bakes via delivery from September.

Delivery will be Friday! We will be offering slices of cake to be delivered to your door (or you can collect). Surprise a loved one or work colleagues and shout them morning tea.

A crowd favourite! Everyone who tastes this loves it, even the kids! Drizzled with dark choc and speckled through with raisins, dates, pepitas, sunflower seeds. It’s GF, DF, RSF, vegan and also nut free! Great for school luckboxes and these also freeze well so you can always have that snack on hand.

Offering 4 packs of these amazing slices!
This is our signature blueberry slice, it’s GF, DF, RSF and vegan. Made with almond meal, quinoa flakes and sweetened with maple and coconut sugar it’s so delicious and moreish. Great for lunch boxes, morning tea, to share with work colleagues and they even freeze super well so cut them in half (or don’t) pop in the freezer and you’ll have a tasty snack for when those cravings hit.

We won’t be at the market this weekend but we will be at the one on the 20th. And after much thought it will be our last market for awhile. I will be moving my business to orders only which means no more markets but more items on offer more regularly. So next week I’ll be offering some slices packs, cupcakes, and slices of cakes which will be delivered on Friday the 11th. I will also have a delivery charge and pick up from Winslow will also be an option. Any questions please ask and I hope this gets some love so I can continue my little business.
