We are a small, home based bakery located in Windsor Gardens, Adelaide! Our chef, Corrina, has completed her Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Patisserie at TAFESA Regency, and has extensive experience from working in patisseries and chocolate manufacturing. Bit of a late update this year, but we a proud to have had another successful Royal Adelaide Show!

With a range of new classes, we are still more then proud of our placings!

3rd Cookie Layer Cake
3rd Russian Toffees
4th Novice Cake Decorating-Depicting A Hobby

With these placings we also maintain our Most Successful Exhibitor in Desserts award for another year!

It was also so great to see so many entries this year, with more people giving it a go and entering their delicious baked goods!

We’ve been a bit quiet here at Bite Size Bakery this year, as we’ve been busy baking up a little project of our own!

We are more then pleased to announce that the ovens are off for a while, as we now put our feet up in anticipation of our Baby Boy’s arrival very soon!

As 2023 comes to a close we have sent out our final cake!

Layers of our ever popular chocolate cake, sandwiched with cherry compote and all encased in our delicious vanilla buttercream!

With the brief being ‘she likes native flowers and always wanted a brown Dachshund’ we couldn’t help ourselves but hide a little pup under the foliage!

We did it again!!

We are so proud to announce we yet again won ribbons at this years Royal Adelaide Show!

We have placed:

1st - Layer Cake (for the 4th year in a row!)

2nd - Confectionary-Marshmallow and Turkish Delight (new category!)

2nd - Confectionary-free choice (new category!)

3rd - Baked Cheesecake

3rd - Pavlova

With these results we should have also received Most Successful Exhibitor in Desserts for another year (awaiting confirmation).

We are so so proud of this years efforts, and also so please to see so many new bakers entering their goods into open cookery and showing off their talents!

Whilst we celebrate this years wins, we now look forward to next years competition!

With the new year now full steam ahead, we would love to evolve and grow our little bakery and what we can offer you 🙂

We would like to gauge your interest in a new product line.

Do you like to decorate a cake, but don’t have the time to bake the layers? Struggle to bake a delicious, moist, flavour filled cake? Not sure how to level your layers to perfection?

We are considering offering baked, levelled layers, undecorated and ready to go for you to decorate yourself, if this is something that you, our wonderful customers, are interested in.

We would love your thoughts and any ideas of products you would like to see!
