Running a home base business, it's important to set guidelines to help find that work-life balance.

I have ignored my phone ringing at 10pm on Saturday night well I'm watching the football, 7pm on a Wednesday night well I'm laying in the bath and 9am on a Sunday morning as I head to pilates.

I used to feel guilty when I put myself first, but I shouldn't be expected to be available 24/7.
If my business hours don't work for you, I'm not your cake girly.

Plus, any mum knows that a child will come out of hibernation as soon as they hear you on the phone and start asking for everything they aren't allowed because you will say yes to make them be quiet 😅
