These Zingy Lemon Bars certainly delivered a Pow Pow💥 of lemon 🍋 made with free range eggs to get that gorgeous colour they were a lemon dessert lovers dream 🤤 (Short bread crust, lemon curd and sweet toasted meringue to cut through that zing!)

Well I finally did it! Anyone that knows me knows i have wanted to attempt the all mighty macaron for years. This chewy, delicate but delicious little indulgence has intimidated me for so long 😂 So this year I had 2 New Year’s resolutions…Buy a ‘Kitchen Aid’ and conquer my fear of macaron baking. I have spent the last 2 months studying, reading and watching you tube clips about these holy grail cookies. So when i achieved my first resolution and finally got to buy my kitchen aid then got a request for Valentines Macs, I finally took on the challenge (but had a plan B just in case) but I THINK I NAILED IT!!!
*Filled with Vanilla cream cheese and home made strawberry jam 🤤🍓

Wowsers! What a week! 😱 Thank you to everyone who supported our small business this Christmas. We really hope you loved your goodies 🤤 For now we will be taking our first family holiday and will be up and raring to go in the new year. Merry Christmas and we hope to hear from you all next year 🎄
