Baker – Pastry Specialist.
Working with our state-of-the-art machinery you will be responsible for the production of laminated and shortcrust pastry. The process is highly automated and will require someone to operate the automated lamination line, oversee the mixing of doughs, produce various pastry product to set specification enforce quality standards. If you have experience in lamination lines already or have experience with dough sheeters then this is advantageous. The successful candidate will have a depth of experience in the baking industry preferably in the manufacturing of pastry. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP principals would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will also have experience with operating bakery equipment such as rack ovens, depositors, mixers, sheeters. The successful applicant will work in a team environment and be responsible for meeting production deadlines and ensuring quality control meets the high expectations of our customers.
