Winter mornings at Gallo… Alex’ s favourite spot is right next to the grill and fryer.
Warm kitchen, hot burgers on the plate, and the smell of fresh food rolling through the bakery while the cold wind sits outside.

Every morning we prep burgers, hot pies and rolls ready for our tradie customers before a long day on the tools. Nothing fancy… just good hot food made fresh to warm people up. 🔥🍔

Some grab a quick bacon egg roll, some go for a big chicken burger, and some leave with a box of pies for smoko later on.

Cold weather feels a little easier when your hands are near the grill 😄

Cold morning again… but lucky we’re sitting in a pretty good spot 😄
Warm bakery, hot food, fresh pies coming out, coffee running all morning.

Tradies coming in early to warm the hands before the next job.
Seniors stopping by for a chat, a hot lunch and somewhere cosy out of the cold wind.

And today’s honey chicken is doing the job nicely 👌
Juicy chicken, our own light crispy batter, covered in that thick sweet honey sauce. Proper comfort food on a cold day.

Grab a hot pie, sausage roll or honey chicken pack and warm yourself up before heading back out there.

Rain outside. Cold wind. Wet roads. 🌧️❄️

One of the best feelings in winter?
Opening the fridge and seeing a few Gallo pies or pasties ready to go 🥧🔥

No extra trip out.
No standing in the cold thinking about dinner.
Just straight into the oven, warm up the house, and dinner is sorted 😌

A lot of our customers are stocking up a few packs lately “just in case” for those lazy winter nights.

Friday burger rush has started 🍔

You can almost set the clock by it.

Tradies pulling up in utes.
Boots covered in dust.
Phones ringing non-stop.
One hand holding the keys… the other grabbing lunch before the next job.

By this time every Friday, the burger grill starts working overtime at Gallo.

Chicken schnitzel burgers flying out.
Hot chips dropping fresh.
Cold drinks stacked in the fridge ready to go.

For a lot of local workers, this is the “finally made it to Friday” feed before the weekend starts.
