Our local community choir had a brilliant time yesterday performing on the stage at Doncaster Shoppingtown!
They absolutely smashed it and have definitely caught the performance bug.

If you’ve ever wanted to sing but were too shy, this is your sign to join us.

No musical experience necessary.
No judgement.
We are a safe space.

Hey everyone! 🎶✨
We’ve just launched a brand-new website for our choir!

It felt like time for a bit of a glow-up so it better reflects who we are and what people are looking for when joining a singing group these days.

(Just inside the gate – easy, easy parking 🚗)

We’re a feel-good community singing group that meets roughly fortnightly during school terms (no public holiday weekends).

💛 Why join us?
All levels welcome – no experience needed
Some part singing, but nothing scary
If you can speak, you can sing 🎤
We make it work, and we sound great together
🌏 Most of our public singing is for fundraising for local asylum seekers, so it feels good in every way.
🎭 We also have optional social catch-ups – plays, musicals, bowling – totally no pressure, join in as much or as little as you like.
✨ Everyone is genuinely lovely. Truly.

What to Expect on Your First Night
You’ll be warmly welcomed — no awkward introductions and no pressure to perform.
We begin with gentle breathing and vocal warm-ups designed to help everyone relax.
You’ll learn the song together as a group, step by step. There’s no solo singing, no need to read music, and no expectation to sound a certain way. You can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
There’s plenty of laughter, encouragement, and support — and absolutely no judgement.
On longer sessions, we pause for a relaxed break with tea, coffee, port, and snacks.
Most people leave feeling calmer, happier, and pleasantly surprised by how good singing together feels.

Sessions 1,3,5,7: 6:00–8:00pm,
with a short break of tea, coffee and port (supplied by me) and food (Supplied by choristers) in the middle.

Sessions 2,4,6,
6 pm until 7.30
no break

Cost: $150 for the term.
Please bring cash to the first session.
