SHOPKIN LOLLY DRIP CAKE BONANZA!!
For a little girl who loves lollies, chocolate and her Shopkins.
A rainbow layered vanilla bean white chocolate mud cake filled with white chocolate ganache and covered with pink white chocolate ganache. Topped with rainbow lollypops, hand made purple choc shards, 100's &1000's pretzels, chocolate bars and chocolate block, macarons, meringue kisses and hand crafted fondant Shopkins based on her favourite characters. Finished with pink yellow and blue ganache drip.

SURPRISE BABY SHOWER!

A gorgeous surprise baby shower dessert table for a gorgeous girl. Kate was expecting her 4th bubba and had never had a baby shower and a few of her school mum friends thought it was about time she had one!
The cake- white chocolate lemon mud cake filled with raspberry ganache and fresh home made lemon curd finished with watercolour ganache. Topped with hand painted water colour sugar cookies using edible art paints, blue raspberry macarons, button cookies, milk bottle cookie and blue white chocolate drip.

My number three daughter is a mad Beanie Boo fan.... for those who aren't in the know... these are big eyed, big headed and small bodied brightly coloured fluffy toys which your children will want to collect by the million!.....and she wanted her favourite Beanie Boo unicorn replicated in cake for her friends party. Here is the result BIG gold eyes and gold gold gold everywhere plus #3's signature rainbow sprinkle touch!

ART DECO INSPIRED JOINT 70th BIRTHDAY
The brief given to me by Jo and Ted was ...."red, black and white, stripes, classy, not flowery and suitable for both..."
This was the result... an art deco inspired design of hand cut and individually placed back fondant strips, topped with a glittering 70 card stock topper by Zahari. Teamed with dark and white chocolate mud cupcakes topped with dark and white chocolate ganache and handcrafted 70 fondant toppers.
