We've jumped on the viral tiktok smashed cheeseburger taco train & FYI we're never getting off...the test kitchen went weirdly silent (speechless with delight) & the lucky neighbours who got the leftovers for lunch gave them a standing ovation & nominated the recipe for Australian of the Year (so we've been told)
Lean grass fed WA beef mince, comes spiked with paprika, cinnamon, garlic cardamon & olive oil, ready to smash onto freshly baked tortillas & oven bake until the beef is juicy & tortillas are golden. Top with a dollop of our delicious "pigmac" sauce, tasty cheddar, juicy diced tomato, fresh cos, crunchy red onion & dill. Fold up, devour & marvel at how a cheeseburger can transform into a deliciously healthy taco.
