We extend our sincerest condolences to the Williams family on the passing of Paul on 26th February 2026. Paul, jointly with his wife Margaret, established Ocean Streat Bakehouse, and after its sale, Paul continued to work diligently for many years, maintaining the bakery's high standard of quality baked goods.
