We only bake about 4 times a year for thd holidays Good old wheaten soda bread you slice it and serve with butter and jam and good cup of tea, delicious. soda farls fresh from the griddle, stick some bacon and egg squeeze of tomato sauce, mouth watering. potato bread/ farls fry them up with bacon an eggs, beans and sausage for the fry up.
