Spend a fun morning baking some delicious German cakes or Christmas treats - I have a few places left in classes in November and December.

The classes take place in my spacious, council-approved kitchen overlooking our garden in Uraidla. The classes are as much fun as they are educational, and small classes (max 6 participants) ensure plenty of time for questions, one-on-one interaction, laughter and great conversations.

You take home what you bake to share with family and friends, as well as the recipes, and we enjoy a light lunch at the end of the class!

Come along, bring a friend, for a fabulous experience!

Growing up in a big family in a small village in the South of Germany, baking has always played an important role in my life, and I love delicious cakes and rustic bread.

My baking classes reflect this love, and I enjoy passing on my love, knowledge and skills, so baking can also be fun - and successful - for my participants.

If you would like to learn new skills, discover traditional German cake recipes or simply enjoy a fabulous day out with a friend, or daughter, or parent, why not join one of my classes!

Who doesn't love the fluffiness of yeast cakes! And who of you would love to make them yourself, but thinks that working with yeast is tricky? Then this class is for you!

We will be making traditional German sheet cake ('Blechkuchen') - you can choose between plum and apricot - with butter crumble, a yeast plait and either scrumptious cinnamon scrolls or absolutely delicious pastries with a sour cream filling, berries and more crumble!

Does that sound tempting? Then come and join this fabulous class. And why not make a special day out of it and bring your best friend!
