This Saturday we are hosting our Swiss meringue buttercream masterclass, and we would love you to be a part of it!
The day is made for everyone - whether you are experienced or have never decorated a cake before, everybody is welcome in this 3 hour class where you will learn how to stack, cover and decorate a Lambeth style cake!
Hosted by our very own talented Emma Townsend and her piping pro Zara, we will be sharing the tips and tricks on how to make a professional cake, as well as talking through the theory on stacking taller and tiered cakes.
The day will start at 11am at our Rozelle cake studio (689 Darling Street). We will then teach you how to make our Swiss meringue buttercream and then how to stack your cake. We will then break for light canapés, before covering your cake. We will then teach you several piping techniques, which you will then decorate your cake with!
You will get to go home with your very own 3 layer Lambeth cake, which you will customize with your own colours, bows and decorations 🩷 so come along and make your own wonderful creation!
