Wanting to share closeups of my seagull cookies that were made as my entry in the Royal Icing cookies for the International Cake Show Australia. These were all sculpted with thick Royal Icing then hand painted with diluted gel colours. I love the way all their different personalities show through in this set.

Don’t Eat the Fruit! My fruit salad cookies that were made for the fondant cookies category at the International Cake Show Australia. These placed second and received a silver certificate. It is wonderful to have a show that supports all the different forms of cake and cookie decorating and allows us to showcase what we can do.
