What if fine motor development could also be a moment of cultural connection?

Meet the Montessori Sensory Writing Tray.

Designed to build pre-writing skills through touch, movement and visual cues — and inspired by learning on Country.

Why educators love it:
✦ Strengthens fine motor muscles through tracing
✦ Builds pre-writing confidence before pencil use
✦ Supports letter and number formation
✦ Multi-sensory: use with sand, rice, salt, playdough, or natural materials
✦ Pairs beautifully with First Nations symbol learning

This isn't just a writing tool. It's an invitation to connect learning to Country, through the very act of making marks on the earth.

Reconciliation Week is over.

Reconciliation isn't.

The educators who came back on June 4 and kept teaching culture, those are the ones who change things.

The services who left the cultural objects in the play space instead of packing them away, those are the ones who build belonging.

The workplaces who didn't remove the Acknowledgement of Country from the meeting agenda, those are the ones who lead.

You went All In last week.

Don't stop now.

What are you doing THIS week to keep culture alive in your space?

June 3 marks two significant moments.

It is Mabo Day — the anniversary of the 1992 High Court decision that recognised the land rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, overturning the legal fiction of terra nullius.

And it is the final day of Reconciliation Week 2026.

But here is what we ask of you today: Don't let this be the full stop.

Reconciliation Week is a starting point. Not a destination.

The educators, services, and workplaces that make real difference come back on June 4, and keep going.

Update your environment. Keep the resources out. Have the conversations next week too.

Be All In — not just for 8 days. For the whole year.

Dear Educator,

You are doing important work this week.

The conversations you are starting, the spaces you are creating, the stories you are honouring, these things matter more than you know.

Even if you stumbled on a word.
Even if a child asked a question you didn't know the answer to.
Even if you felt uncertain, imperfect, or unprepared.

You showed up. You tried. You kept going.

That is what "All In" looks like in practice.

Connection before perfection. Every single time.

You are planting seeds that will grow beyond this classroom, beyond this week, beyond this year.

Thank you for the work you do.

50 Years of NAIDOC.

50 Years of celebrating culture, strength and achievement.

Created to commemorate this significant milestone, our NAIDOC Week 50 Years Deadly Eco Cutter & Stamp is a hands-on way for children to engage with this year's celebrations through play, creativity and conversation.

Featuring authentic Aboriginal artwork by Mara and Garawa artist, Russell Brown, this special design honours the legacy of those who have paved the way, while inspiring the next generation to learn, connect and celebrate the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

Perfect for:
✨ playdough and clay invitations
✨ NAIDOC Week learning experiences
✨ sensory and creative play
✨ storytelling and discussion prompts
✨ fine motor development

As children press, stamp and create, opportunities emerge to talk about the significance of NAIDOC Week, the achievements of First Nations peoples, and the importance of culture, community and connection.

Because every generation has a role in carrying stories, knowledge and culture forward.
