Planning a wedding is a stressful time and every Bride wants her day to be perfect in every way. At Angie’s Cake Emporium our aim is to make the getting your dream Wedding Cake part as easy and as stress free as possible. For those who have a clear idea of what they want we will help you

to custom design your cake and bring your dream cake to life. For those that don’t, we can help you design the dream cake you never knew you always wanted by showing you the latest trends and combining them with your own personal style, wedding theme and colours. We have an extensive list of Cake Flavours to choose from, but if there is something specific you want that is not on our list then we will be delighted to make for you. We can customize your flavour(s) as well as the design. The first step is to arrange a FREE no obligation, face to face design appointment. These consultations take around a half hour. Together we can custom design your cake so that it is uniquely yours and we can discuss and even taste flavours. Booking a time ensures that I am free to give you the attention you deserve when it comes to creating your dream cake. I am available most days for these appointments but am also happy to see customers after hours if that suits you better. Please take the time to read about us and see what we can offer you. We are a Local Business that employs 5 local members of staff. I was raised locally, went to school in Traralgon and currently live in Traralgon. I have lived in the UK for 15 years where my passion was born and have a broad knowledge of all things Cake, including latest trends, cake styles and flavours. We buy locally where possible and offer a customer service level second to none as you can see by our testimonials.

How do you thank a person that has literally been your right hand for the past 8 years. That has been your staff, your cleaner, your cook, your house sitter, pet sitter, your baby sitter, your carer, your counsellor but most of all your friend.
Emma you are truly a one in a million person... who knew that when you walked through my door all those years ago that you would still be here all those years later.... others have come and gone but you my dear are the keeper. Hello to my lovely followers! It's been a while! I have some exciting news! As of Monday, November 11th, Angie's Cake Emporium will become The Green Pig! We have sold our business, and I would love to introduce you to Lih Yee, the new owner!
I would also like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all my customers over the past 10 years. I am eternally grateful. Your loyalty has touched my heart, and without your endless support, I wouldn't still be here.
LihYee will continue with all our usual lines you've come to love and expect. As well as adding new and exciting goodies for you all to enjoy. Our wonderful Emma will be staying on, and I will be around for the next few months to fulfil all of my existing orders and past on some wisdom...lol!
Early next year, Lloyd and I start a new chapter in our lives on the Mornington Peninsula.
It has been a ride, and I've loved every minute. Now on to the next adventure!

Hello, I'm Lih Yee Chong, a skilled pastry chef passionate about creating delicious treats. Originally from Malaysia, I spent years honing my craft at 5-star hotels pastry departments. I took a break to focus on my family. Though I've been out of the industry for a while, I've continued to stay active in the culinary world, whipping up cakes for friends and family whenever I can. Now, I'm excited to bring my skills and experience back to the forefront with my own business.

Well, we're finally off on our long, overdue  annual break.... hoping to soak up some sun and recharge our batteries.  The shop will be closed from Friday, August 2nd through to Tuesday 20th August.
