Good morning, beautiful people! 💕

With the full moon shining bright last week, it got me thinking… and while I’m not one to speculate too much about the astro world, it definitely felt like a good time to pause, step back, spend some quality time with family, and rethink our plans. ✨

So this week, Abbi and I have headed down to Melbourne for the Fine Food Australia Expo to explore, plan and work out what our next steps look like for the business. 🥖✨

From next week, our fresh sourdough bread and delicious sweets will be making their way back into your favourite stores! 🥖🍰

We’ve missed baking for you and can’t wait to bring the good stuff back. ❤️

Thank you for your patience, support and for sticking with us through the changes. It means more than you know. 🫶

Rolling dough - take two! 🍞✨

Yes! To make sure you get that beautiful, bakery-style loaf, it’s important to shape your dough one more time before it goes into the bannetons to cold proof in the fridge overnight.

All my bannetons are generously covered in rice flour, helping to prevent sticking and giving you that gorgeous finish without burning. 🤎

It was truly extraordinary - beautiful sunshine, beautiful people and so many wonderful stalls! And… we SOLD OUT! 🥹✨
