If it’s not raining, it’s pouring. Please also be aware that on Friday night I decided to do some aerial stunt work and fell over and fractured my right shoulder. I am unable to take any cake orders for the next couple of weeks but will hopefully have movement in my arm back soon. Thanks for your understanding and patience while I heal.

Some times you wonder why you do the things you do. You look back on the choices you’ve made and look at the jobs you’ve had and ask yourself would you do them again given a choice.
My time at that burger place has given me so many great memories, I met the most amazing people. Watching 100s of young kids develop into adults is an amazing gift, one I am pleased to of had the honour of being a part of.
One young lady I loved working with and watching grow asked me to make her engagement cake. I couldn’t have been more honoured. I wish you all the best for the future Tara ###
