This review made us laugh and smile because this photo was taken of dad 15 years ago at Yatala Pies in Brisbane 🥧

Dad has always said they made the best pies he’d ever eaten when he lived in Brisbane over 30 years ago. Back then, as a 24-year-old, his dream was to one day own a bakery.

Fast forward to today, he’s inspired his own kids to chase the same passion for creating amazing food and doing whatever you put your mind to.

Almost three years ago, I bought our bakery. It then sat in storage in Melbourne until the timing was right for our family to open the doors.
We are so glad we did! 🤩

Hard work pays off. Dedication pays off. And when you make something with love, passion and pride it shows ❤️

Dad is awesome. We’re awesome. Our staff are awesome.

And our pies are BLOODY AWESOME! 🥧🔥

Thank you to every single person who has supported us and helped turn a dream into a reality.

And a special thank you to Ray for your review saying our pies reminded you of Yatala Pies. It made dad smile because Yatala has always been part of his life❤️

Okay guys, social media is gaining a lot of traction. We’ve just had our busiest week ever! We’re already sold out today and I’m so sorry.
The word is getting out about how great our little bakery is and Meg and I are trying our best to keep up 🤯🥧

We are going to increase our production by an extra 100 pies each day.
Please bare with us whilst we try our best.

BETTER YET I NEED ANOTHER BAKER ‼️🧑‍🍳
If you’re a qualified baker, apprentice, a semi-retired baker, or even a pensioner who’d like a few shifts and wouldn’t mind lending us a hand (and earning some 💰), we’d absolutely love to hear from you!
