This fun cake was SO much fun to create! 🎉 It was requested as a big dose of ’90s nostalgia for a boss celebrating the big 4-0, and what a blast it was bringing all those throwback memories to life! 📼✨

Some elements are edible, some aren’t—but how much fun is this cake?! 😍

Two layers of lemon cake, filled and frosted with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, and finished with LOTS of edible glitter because, of course, every ’90s-inspired celebration needs a little extra sparkle! ✨💖

A Special Celebration 🐮🐴

A lovely young lady contacted me to arrange some cupcakes for her friend, who is studying to become a vet. 🩷

She wanted a mix of cows and horses, and of course, my Highland cows are always a hit! 🐮 The fondant horses looked absolutely wonderful perched atop the Swiss meringue buttercream.

The cupcakes were a delicious mix of chocolate and vanilla, and best of all, they were all gluten-free! 🧁✨

A sweet and thoughtful way to celebrate a birthday for someone pursuing their dream of becoming a vet. 🐾💕

A dreamy baby shower cake made with three deep layers of rich chocolate cake, lovingly surrounded with silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Finished with the cutest mini teddies, delicate pink and lemon sprinkles, and lots of edible glitter for that extra touch of sparkle. ✨

And of course, the star of the show, an adorable fondant teddy sitting proudly on top! 🧸💕

A beautiful selection of vanilla and lemon cupcakes, lovingly made for a special baby shower celebration. The combination of classic vanilla and fresh, zesty lemon flavours offers a lovely variety for guests to enjoy, all topped with smooth and silky Swiss meringue buttercream.

The cupcakes were decorated in a soft and elegant palette of sage, eucalyptus and cream, perfectly complementing the baby shower theme. They were finished with a selection of matching homemade fondant toppers, adding a sweet and personalised touch to the overall design.

Delicate gold sprinkles and edible glitter brought a subtle touch of sparkle, while keeping the overall look soft, elegant and sophisticated. The beautiful combination of colours, textures and finishing details made these cupcakes a gorgeous addition to the dessert table.

When this lovely lady called me all the way from Cairns, she was desperately trying to find someone who could help create some special cupcakes for her granddaughter’s celebration. With time running out, I was so happy that I could help bring her little vision to life from all the way down here.

The brief was simple... her granddaughter absolutely loves mermaids and fairies! 🧜‍♀️🧚‍♀️✨

So, of course, mermaids and fairies she got! A magical mix of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, each topped with silky Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with a combination of handmade fondant toppers and edible images. And because you simply can’t have a magical underwater fairy garden without a little sparkle, there was plenty of that added too! ✨💖

I love being able to create something special for little ones, especially when their favourite things can all come together in one sweet little cupcake collection.

These magical cupcakes were made with lots of love and hopefully helped make one very special little girl’s day just that little bit more magical. 💕🧁

Mermaids, fairies, chocolate, vanilla and sparkle... I think that sounds like a pretty perfect combination! 🧜‍♀️🧚‍♀️✨

These Tom & Jerry themed vanilla cupcakes were such a blast from the past! I honestly didn’t think anyone still watched these classic cartoons, but creating these brought back some beautiful memories of my dear Nanna, who would always giggle away whenever Tom & Jerry was on. ❤️

I hope these little cupcakes brought just as much joy to their recipient as those cartoons brought to us all those years ago. 🐱🐭🧁
