We won. Queensland’s Best Bakery 2026. 🏆

Eleven years of early mornings, flour-dusted benches, and pouring everything we have into every single thing we make and you voted us the best bakery in Queensland. From a little shop on Campbell Street in Toowoomba to QLD’s best!

To our team this one is for you. The artisans who show up before the sun does, who obsess over every layer, every fold, every detail. Who care as much about what comes out of that kitchen as we do. We would be absolutely nothing without you and don’t you forget it.

And to our community this is yours too. Every single person who voted, who walked through our doors, who told a friend, who has been part of what we’ve built here. We are nothing without you either and we mean that.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🤍 We can’t wait for what’s to come.
