This week I have some whole Emmer Wheat Sourdough- this ancient relative of modern wheat has more vitamins and minerals, is higher in protein and fibre than regular wheat. It is also lower GI. Also available Light Rye, Fruit, White, Spelt and Turkish rolls. Ravensbourne avocados, bunya view honey, Maleny Dairys milk yoghurt and custard. Tobys estate coffee and Metiisto chocolate.

I have just stocked the shelves at with a range of lovely fresh sourdough bread - today we have Light Rye and Caraway, Organic Whole Spelt, Seeded Spelt, Stone-ground white, Fruit Loaf and Turkish rolls available. If you haven’t been before it is worth checking out, fantastic butchers with local produce and artisan foods as well. @ The Paddock
