Wow Thirlmere. Yesterday was nuts! I had people halfway through the day asking me if I have enough for today, and honestly I don’t think so. The first day of the Festival of Steam is meant to be by far quieter and yet it was still my biggest selling day ever. I am so so grateful and hope everyone enjoyed their day out and the treats!

If you are after desserts today, please get in quick!! A couple of the other stallholders are betting on when I’ll sell out by since there isn’t a crazy amount for today 😂

It’s also World Baking Day so just in case you needed an excuse…you’re welcome 😜

Thirlmere isn’t the only location today either! We’re also back at the Newcastle Farmers Market, but same thing, get in quick!!!

This week is going to be huge!! I just got to the kitchen and I’m terrified/excited about how much we need to make this week.

Starting off with our usual Friday at The Beaches Farmers Market, then back to Narellan Town Centre on Saturday, then at THREE locations on Sunday 🤯 Newcastle Farmers Market, Gledswood Hills Market and back at the first markets I ever did at the Annual Terrey Hills Market 🥰

It’s going to be a busy week in the kitchen… see you at the markets!!

It’s finally here!!! About a year ago I said I was working on putting together an adult cake decorating night and the time has finally come!

Each time I run this it will be slightly different. We’re going to start with decorating an 8in vintage cake! (Gluten friendly options available)

Get some friends together and come down to Fresko Cafe at Warriewood Square from 6-9pm on Friday the 22nd of May.

Tickets are $150 per person and include a glass of wine on arrival, an individual grazing board, your 8in cake, cake board and box and 3hrs of decorating fun!

Due to space limitations each class will only have space for 15 people, so get in quick!

So excited for the Easter market tomorrow!!!

Did I just leave the kitchen after 8pm tonight? Maybe. Am I praying that the last few Vanilla Slices set in time? Maybe.

This years Easter Cupcakes went so well this past weekend, I’ll be making sure to make tons going into Good Friday at The Beaches Farmers Market & Easter Saturday at Warriewood Square and Narellan Town Centre! Orders are available for the cupcakes and all of the other goodies!! Plus I’ll have some special Easter Gift Boxes available at every location.

I’m pretty annoyed at myself about these Cinnamon Scroll Cookies. Partially because I haven’t made these before, and part that I’ve made them now 🤤

These are soft cinnamon cookies rolled up with cinnamon scroll filling & topped with a cream cheese frosting!

There’s only 30 of these…29 now. So get in quickly to grab these this weekend!!
