Taking orders for this year's Christmas more-fruits-than-cake cake! 80% fruits 20% cake. Alcohol of choice this year will be Penfolds' Tawny Port! The fruits will be soaked in this for 5 days to ensure that they are all juicy and plump with port before they are added to cake batter and baked. Then the cake will be brushed with more Tawny Port every week to keep them moist.

Small (a bar, approx 2"by 5") $30, Medium 6" round $45, Large 8" round $85.

Fruit cakes need time to mature before consumption so orders will close on 15 October. Pick up from Torrensville in December. If you need it to be delivered, please let me know. :)
