Hello everyone!

I’m continually asked what I’m up to since closing my cake business.

For those of you who are still following along, I’ve been keeping busy creatively (try and stop me 😜).
As well as playing ‘mum taxi’ to my kids, I find leisure time for designing, sewing, painting, and crafting in many forms.
I’m a proud artist and crafter of Madeit - Australia’s Home of Handmade.

To our loyal Sydney customers,

It is with heavy hearts we let you know we are closing our cake business.
We made this decision over Christmas and couldn’t bring ourselves to officially announce until now 🥺

We are so blessed to have run a successful little business in Wollondilly/Macarthur. It’s been pure joy to be involved in your most important celebrations, and we THANK YOU for your unwavering support for my cakes and edible art 😀

We will certainly miss this crazy cake like, but after nearly 10 years of caking it’s time for a change of pace.
Life with a small business, young children, never ending school and sport - we are needed elsewhere.

Be an inspiration to your kids, bake together and let them lick the bowl!

Again, THANK YOU for all the support. May your days continue to be sweet 🍭

The end of 2022 came around so quickly we didn’t post photos of our final cakes for the year.

We had the honour of preparing cousin Benjamin and Libby’s wedding cake.

Featuring soft green and edible gold, pretty roses and gum leaf foliage…..inside was delicious lemon cake and buttercream filling.

To say I was speechless when this popped into my inbox yesterday is an understatement!

I’m a FINALIST in the 2022 Australian Cake Decorating & Baking Industry Awards in the Novelty and Childrens Cakes category.

Nominations were anonymous, and with thousands of other entrants…..to be judged in the TOP 5 artists……is just incredible.
