We are hiring...

Position Available- Service Assistant

We are looking for a Service Assistant for our busy bakery in Taree.
• This position is a casual position with hours varying weekly.
• The position is covered by the General Retail Industry Award. We pay award rates (current Adult casual rate is $33.19), including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation. For more details regarding the General Retail Industry Award please see the fair work ombudsman webpage.

The successful applicant will be responsible for
• Customer Service
• Basic Food preparation, including heating food and making sandwiches.
• Assisting in keeping the bakery clean and tidy.
The job will be Casual, with hours to be rostered when required between 6.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and may also include Saturday shifts between 7am-1pm.

The successful applicant does not need experience but must demonstrate:
• Good cash handling skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• A good understanding of basic safe food handling.
• A willingness to give anything a go.
• Being able to work as part of a small team.

We are Hiring

We are looking for Bakers Assistant or Apprentice for our busy bakery in Taree.
• This position is potentially permanent full time for the right applicant.
• The position is covered by the General Retail Industry Award. We pay award rates (current Adult permanent rate is $26.55), including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation. For more details regarding the General Retail Industry Award please see the fair work ombudsman webpage.

The successful applicant will be responsible for
• Bakery product preparation
• Assisting in keeping the bakery clean and tidy.
• In the case of apprenticeship attending all training required.

The job will be Permanent, with hours to be rostered between 2.00am and 11am Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants do not need experience but must demonstrate:
• A good understanding of basic safe food handling.
• A willingness to give anything a go.
• Ability to follow direction
• Being able to work as part of a small team.
• Reliability
• They have reliable transport
• Able to start work early mornings (2am-3am Starts)
