Love the smell of fresh bread and the art of the perfect crust? Apex Bakery is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team in Tanunda. Whether you’re an experienced assistant or an eager apprentice ready to learn from scratch, we want to hear from you.

The Role
• Production: Mixing, scaling, shaping, and proofing dough.
• Baking: Mastering oven temperatures and timing for consistent results.
• Teamwork: Maintaining a clean, efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Early Risers: You’re punctual and ready to go when the oven hits temp.
• Physicality: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy flour bags (approx. 20kg).
• Passion: A genuine interest in artisanal baking and a desire to grow your skills.
