We Bake Bread We Bake Bread has a sourdough bread stall at the Talbot Farmers Market on the 3rd Sunday of every month. We are supported by Sprout Bakery of Castlemaine.

We Bake Bread is all about beautiful food products made with care. We use only organic or biodynamic flour. The bread we make is risen using a sourdough starter, which we have cultivated using only flour and water. Using naturally fermented leaven means our bread is delicious in flavour and totally natural. We Bake Bread would like to thank Sprout Bakery of Castlemaine for their continuous support.

We Bake Bread is sad to announce that we will be taking a hiatus from baking for the Talbot Markets.

We are happy to announce that our colleague, friend and wonderful baker, Phil Bottomley, will be stepping in to keep you in fresh sourdough bread! We hope you enjoy the fruits of his labour and don't forget us! We hope to pop up again in the near future.
