Exciting news for Puratos as we signed an agreement to acquire Dawn Foods.
With our shared history of bringing quality products to professional bakers, we are looking forward to what he future holds for our customers and teams!

A landmark moment for Puratos - and a meaningful step for our industry.
Puratos has entered into an agreement to acquire Dawn Foods. The transaction is subject to all required regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of 2026. Until all approvals are obtained, Puratos and Dawn Foods remain fully independent companies and will therefore continue to operate separately.

Dawn Foods and Puratos are two family-owned bakery companies, built over generations with a shared passion for craftsmanship, partnership and long-term value creation for customers.
Subject to approvals, bringing together highly complementary capabilities in bakery, patisserie, chocolate and sweet goods - spanning ingredient innovation, application expertise, production capabilities and customer proximity - would allow us to build a broader and even more relevant platform to serve bakers and food professionals around the world.

We were honored to host His Excellency Belgian Ambassador Karl Stouthuysen and Vincent Swinnen from Wallonia Trade at our Innovation Center on Wednesday.

During their visit, they participated in a tasting session led by our technical team, engaged in insightful discussions about our projects in Australia, and offered thoughtful questions regarding our operations.

Their support for our future initiatives was greatly appreciated. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to share our work and further strengthen our partnership with the Embassy and Wallonia Trade.
