Red Eyed Wattle produce edible red-stalked seeds that were traditionally ground into flour to make bread. With its versatile nutty flavour, wattleseed can also be used as a coffee substitute and to enhance sweet and savoury dishes.
Acacia cyclops is easy to grow, very hardy once established AND pretty!
