I'm excited to share my latest wedding cake creation; a stunning three-tier cake I had the honour of making for my own wedding!

Of course I forgot to take a close-up shot, with everything going on in the days leading up to one of the biggest events of my life, it just slipped my mind!

Shout out to our amazing photographer, Tom from Snapshot Imagery. Coolest photographer in business!

The bottom tier features a rich emerald hue beautifully adorned with delicate individual ruffles. The middle/top tiers are kept elegant and simple in white, finished with a classic white ribbon.

June is Scoliosis Awareness month!

In 5 days, our beautiful daughter is having scoliosis correction surgery.

Please visit the link attached, it was the amazing Doctor at Scolicare that recognised our daughter's need for surgery. He instantly reached out to an amazing surgeon right away and set us on the right track!

Also, a shout out to Bounce Back Physio who referred us to Scolicare.

It's been a journey.

We are very passionate about Scoliosis Awareness, and the importance of it.

Scoliosis Awareness Month is an important initiative to raise awareness about scoliosis and highlight early detection and treatment options.

Lemon cake was a massive hit!

The best feedback I got was from my son, "I would pay money for that, I would buy that from a cafe" while pointing at his slice of cake with his fork. 🥰

Fresh flowers aren't the easiest to work with, but sure look spectacular!

3 layer red velvet, delicious cream cheese frosting between the layers. Then frosted with a delicious buttercream. White chocolate drips and a sweet sprinkle of rose gold foil.
