৩) কেউ আহত হলে 634843 এ কল করুন
৪) ফায়ার সার্ভিস, সিভিল ডিফেন্স, পুলিশ এবং সিভিল সার্ভিস অফিসাররা সব সময় স্ট্যান্ডবাই থাকে তাই প্রয়োজনে তাদের কল করতে দ্বিধা করবেন না। আপনি জাতীয় হেল্পলাইন 999 এর মাধ্যমে তাদের কাছে পৌঁছতে পারেন।
এছাড়াও তাদের জানাবেন যে, সকল স্কুল, কলেজ এবং সরকারি কাঠামোগুলি আশ্রয়ের জন্য খোলা হয়েছে। তারা সেখানে আশ্রয় নিতে পারেন।
