Pane di casa is Italianword meaning "bread from home". The name already gave you the method of making this bread: just flour, a bit of fresh yeast, salt and water. That's it. No improver, no preservatives, no sugar, no oil, nothing else. It's like the breads that our beloved Mum used to make at home with love and passion.
The key here is that you have to mix all the ingredients properly, rest the dough in approriate time and bake them in more than 1 hour at low temp. Your kids would fight over the last piece of the loaf because of its beautiful crust. Enjoy it ♥

Dear Value Customers,
The carbon tax will come into effect on July 1st, which means there are really big impacts on baking business because we use higher electricity in operating than others. However we're trying our best not to pass on those costs to our loyal customers. Listen to what they said.
"If you use a lot of power or have a lot of fridges you will be impacted," Council of Small Business Australia spokesman Peter Strong said. "If your goods are transported you will be impacted."
Yup, carbon tax is going to hit retailers badly.
