With Delta Group on site delivering early works, construction has commenced ahead of the project's market launch next weekend, a strong vote of confidence in both the project and the New Farm market. 1508 London call the idea behind 55 William "Future Heritage"—interiors that feel neither nostalgic nor overtly modern, but as timeless as the harbour they look out on. Sydney's yachting past runs quietly through the detail: timber laid like decking, brass that softens with age, references to old-world craft that never announce themselves. Coming Q1 2027—White Water, Manly
Olivia Gallant, Development Manager, and Rachel O'Brian, Assistant Development Manager, step inside White Water for a look at the through-site link connecting Rialto Lane to the beachfront—designed so that getting to the ocean feels a little like moving through it. Opening weekend—Lynsford by Fortis, Hamilton
What a way to launch. More than 50 groups joined us at our newest display on Racecourse Road over the weekend, taking in the light-filled homes, elevated outlooks and generous outdoor spaces that define the project. A special thanks to our neighbours at Freddie's, who created a bespoke pastry just for the occasion and gave us the perfect welcome to the neighbourhood. The display is now open.
