It is almost the mid-autumn festival. Thank you to everyone that order our soft center salty egg custard mooncake（流沙月餅）. It is a trill to received so many orders and many compliments on our mooncake. This year has been quite hectic due to covid and we all want to send our best wishes to our loved ones. I only start to make mooncakes to share with my friend and family but then it went viral and many people would like to order. It was unexpected but I'm so grateful for all your support. Wish you all have a happy mid-autumn festival. 中秋節快樂。

Haven't been posting for a while but we are still working to create more delicious cake. This is one of the requests from my friend " Bamboo" - Matcha black sesame cake, it made with fluffy matcha sponge, black sesame cremeux, and matcha mousse. The design is simple yet elegant which the matcha ganache resembles bamboo and dust with snow sugar and matcha powder, creating a zen garden on the cake.
