Yowie Bay waterfront alterations and additions nearing completion.
This was quite a job starting with quite a dilapidated dwelling that had been added to over the years, flipping the living and bedroom levels, extending the garage, adding a new Rumpus level to the sub floor area, a new fourth level, street level entry and swimming pool. The team from Systembuilt doing a great job on such a complex build.

Nice renovation coming along at Gymea Bay, the raked ceilings in this job are going to be spectacular giving such a great feel already. The existing roof frame was that far out it was decided to replace it with new framing and a loft part way through the construction, all approved under complying development.

Great day with a tour of the Weathertex factory at Heatherbrae today. Basically just two ingredients, Australian hardwood and a small percentage of paraffin wax to make it waterproof. Wood chips are pulped, mixed with the wax then poured as a slurry into slabs that are pressed and baked, then milled to finish.

Dropping in on a job from a few years ago, with a walk through of the first floor dwelling of the client and owner of the cafe who has done a beautiful job on finishes. Come out to Kurnell, take in the sculptures then have lunch at the cafe.
