Classic Greek theme.

With only 5 hours to make a cake, didn’t think I could manage a masculine themed Greek cake.
was a lifesaver with the komboloi (Greek worry beads) and the simple white church. Added some olive branches and figs (can’t get more Greek than olive branch) finished it off with the Greek key on the base. Cake was layered with vanilla sponge, pistachio filling, raspberry coulis and fresh figs.
