Is your child obsessed with Jellycats? Everywhere I look I see cake makers creating these cakes. They are so cute and a joy to make. I’d be happy to make these for the rest of my days….those little smiles…so sweet

Last night I hosted the first night of my 8 week cake decorating course at . The ladies were learning a few effective flourishes to decorate their cakes this week. Next week will be 3D figurines. Week by week they will expand their skills culminating in a beautiful fondant covered cake and many skills to create cakes for all different occasions. There’s still time to join in if this sounds like something you’d love to do. It’s 2hrs every Wednesday night (not including school holidays). We’d love for you to join us. I asked Chat GPT to create an image of an old valuable book about a man and I titled the book ‘Seven Decades of Doug’. This is the image it created and then the cake I made to match. To complete the AI experience. I had AI remove my background and give it the same look like the original image (the cake is not altered). I think it’s a pretty acceptable cake copy of the AI image. A lot of images of amazing cakes you see online these days are AI generated. It was fun to generate one myself and recreate it.
