Our next HUMBLE Pie is not holding back.

A buttery pastry shell filled with a rich, gooey peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie filling,

Pick it up frozen or ready to serve, take it home and bake it yourself. Serve it warm, preferably with a very big spoonful of cream or vanilla ice cream.

Available whole to pre-order for pick-up from HUMBLE Surry Hills, or come in and try it by the slice.

Fresh bread, baked every morning. Never the night before.

Our bakers are up before dawn so there's fresh sourdough, soy & linseed, baguettes and more ready when we open.

Most days our bread sells out early, so if there's a loaf you have your heart set on, pre-order online and we'll have it waiting for you.

What a first day in Rose Bay!

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate our opening. We loved meeting so many new neighbours and seeing familiar faces.

Thanks for your patience, your kindness and for making our first day so special. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome.

We're back from 8am tomorrow, and every weekend after. We can't wait to see you again.
