We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Umberto Giannini Hair and MOVEMENT AGENCY for a beautiful cake decorating workshop celebrating the launch of the new Dreamy Waves range. 💕

Each guest received their own handcrafted vegan cake before learning vintage buttercream piping techniques and creating their own unique design.

Watching a room full of people get creative, build confidence and leave with cakes they were genuinely proud of was the highlight of the day.

A huge thank you to the incredible teams at Umberto Giannini and MVMNT Agency for trusting The Green Bakery to be part of such a special event.

Last Thursday, the Ku-ring-gai community celebrated International Women’s Day.

This cake was commissioned by for the special event, featuring soft floral textures and illustrations celebrating women of all colours, shapes and sizes.

Inside was a rich chocolate cake with raspberry — completely vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and nut-free, proving that cakes made for dietary requirements can still be deeply delicious.
