Owned by husband and wife Andy and Lisa Richards, Baker Caker Coffeemaker serves Amanti coffee and specialises in themed birthday cakes and celebration cakes baked to o
rder. Along with pastries and gourmet pies baked fresh on premises every day, Baker Caker Coffeemaker produces a range of British baked goods including Bakewell tarts, sonces and traditional pasties. Andy worked with Avards and Plaxtol Bakeries, both of which are well-known in the county of Kent. In 2005 Andy visited Australia as a backpacker, fell in love with our country and made the permanent move not long after. Andy was previously head pastry chef at an upmarket cupakery in Surry Hills and has made lamingtons for a former Pope and baked celebration cakes for celebrities such as The Veronicas. Baker Caker Coffeemaker is for those who love to indulge in all things sweet & savoury, and for those purely seeking a little British taste of home.
