We love watching the journeys of the bakers at The Bread & Butter Project!

Today, our refugee trainees are learning to make milk buns with our Head Baker, Ken.

From mixing the dough and shaping, to proving and baking, there’s a lot to learn.

As skills and confidence grow, we’re excited to observe our current cohort’s progress each week.

📣 WE' RE OPEN TOMORROW 📣

It's been a looooooong two weeks, but we're back, baby!

6am Monday is just 12 hours away! Set those alarms - or not - and we'll see you for your long awaited coffee 😍

Just a reminder: Only open 6- 12pm MON - FRI, CLOSED SAT/SUN/MON, then back to our 2pm closes from next Tuesday, 27th.
