With nearly 30 supplier bakeries, we believe we have one of the most exhaustive ranges of products. We supply, cafes, restaurants, hotels, schools, uni's, canteens, caterers, hospitals, in fact any business that need

s breads. Our office is manned Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm to help you with your orders or enquiries.

To our wonderful customers,

We wanted to let you know that we are closed for delivery (and ordering) on the public holiday Monday 27th January. We will be delivering on Saturday 25th as usual and then again on Tuesday 28th.

***Orders for Tuesday 28th must be placed on Friday 24th by 3pm***

All orders received after 3pm Friday, will be processed for Wednesday delivery.

We are closed on Monday 7th October, the Labour Day Public Holiday. (Both office and deliveries.) If you are open this Public Holiday Monday, make sure to order enough for delivery on Saturday 5th to cover you. Please help us by placing all orders by 2.45pm **Friday 4.10.24** for Tuesday delivery as we are not in the office on Monday.

So why is Labour Day a public holiday? In Australia it commemorates the achievements of organised labour to implement the eight-hour day in the middle of the nineteenth century when previously workers were required to work 10 - 12 hours a day for six days a week. If you are lucky enough to have it off, we hope you have a great day.
