Not often do you get the chance to say you’ve made a 5 tier cake. For a wedding. In the Hilton Hotel restaurant.
This cake had so many emotions pumping through my body that even though it’s been a year since I pulled this masterpiece off, I am still in disbelief that this came from my hands.
5 tiers of rich chocolate mud cake, velvety red velvet and a gluten free carrot cake. Many many hours went into this and I can’t stop staring at the photos that came out of it 🤍
