New to the menu- a chocolate layer cake. A cocoa & sour cream sponge layered with salted dark chocolate buttercream & LOTS of fresh raspberries. Larger slabs available (DM/email)

Coffee eclairs: coffee custard, bailey's caramel, coffee glaze

Sour cherry pies after a while. Kefir pie crust. The cherry filling only lightly sweetened to take the edge off the sourness 🍒

Vanilla buns after very very long. Fluffy twisted vanilla brioche buns dusted in a buttery vanilla bean sugar

Apple danishes: almond custard, apples, slivered almonds on a raft of pastry. A brush of salted caramel too

The filled caramels: caramels as you know them filled with a sharp passionfruit curd

Beef & mashed potato pies- all 3 days & plenty

Torta Caprese- a flourless dark chocolate & almond cake sitting on top of a walnut biscuit base. Very fudgy. Slices at the counter OR larger slabs can be preordered.

Puff pastry apple turnovers w miso caramel & creme fraiche. Flaky, creamy, sweet-sour & a little salty from the miso

Musakhan.. a chicken-onion-sumac Palestinian flatbread after very long.

Spinach-feta pain Suisse after very long. A lemony spinach-feta-ricotta-filled pastry, parmesan on top.

The saffron buns.. a variation of our cardamom buns. Saffron in the dough & cardamom butter folded through. All 3 days and several rounds through the day

Pandan-coconut scrolls: caramelized coconut filling in a swirl of pastry, salted pandan glaze, topped with toasted coconut

Banana cake- first time on the menu! Banana, brown butter, toasted walnuts, rum-soaked raisins.
