I’ve been so privileged to make Eloise’s and her 3 other siblings cakes over the past several years and each one has been a true delight to make!

Eloise celebrated her 5th birthday with this gorgeous double party theme, princesses and ponies! It was such a sweet design brief to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of crafting the intricate pony topper with Princess Eloise riding on it!

The cake was complemented with 6 delicious dairy free cupcakes.

Gorgeous little Sophie was ultra excited to receive her cake and cupcakes, she and her sister were keenly waiting outside when I arrived at her house this morning! See her and her sister’s face of excitement was just the best!

A ballet and music cake complete with handcrafted edible sugar roses. All silhouette details were precision hand cut from fondant without the use of special cutters or pre made moulds.

The cake was complemented with 24 matching cupcakes.

I’ve been making Hugo’s birthday cakes since he was one and each year he’s been bursting with anticipation waiting for his grandparents to hand them over to him!!

Super Mario cakes are an ongoing popular theme but I’ve gotta say, this design is my new favourite! I really enjoyed creating the fully edible Yoshi fondant topper, he is just so cute!

A hard earned 60th needs a big old beer cake, and the best old beer cake is for Andrew! Matter of fact, he’s got it now!!

A hyper realistic Victoria Bitter beer can cake upsized to serve 100 people! This can cake was the GOAT!!

The best thing about custom cake design is that every element can be crafted to suit a client’s requirements to the last detail. Harriette’s initials “HB” was incorporated into Harry Potter logo perfectly! All details were handcrafted from fondant without the use of moulds of templates.

A fully hand sculpted cake and skilfully detailed in fondant to represent the sandstone features of this iconic tower!

I’ve had the pleasure of making Saskia and her family’s special cakes over the years and each one has always been a delight to create!

Saskia requested an ice skating cake and I’m absolutely thrilled with how this beauty turned out! The pair of ice skates was intricately hand painted with edible ink. I get a real buzz hand painting cakes as there’s something truly special and unique about applying individual brush strokes to create the edible artwork.

My first Cinnamoroll cake and isn’t she a total cutie?!?!!

I absolutely adored creating this super cute cake theme, especially handcrafting the Cinnamoroll fondant topper and fancy rainbow! The soft watercolour effect using blue edible ink on white fondant really tied this cake design together perfectly!
